As part of a recruitment drive by the club, Leicester Tigers retail team are on the look-out for a retail supervisor to join their team based at Mattioli Woods Welford Road.
A firm fixture of the club for many years, the operations of The Club Shop were taken back in house by the club back in July 2020.
Offering complete control over the styles, collections, designs and products in-store and online, the retail team received record orders for the 2020/21 Home and Change kit.
Every role plays their part, which is why the club is keen to recruit and enthusiastic and knowledgeable retail supervisor.
As the Retail Supervisor, you will ensure that excellent customer service is provided at all times. The successful candidate will deputise in the Retail Managers’ absence, and support the team by ensuring that all staff are trained appropriately.
Both during the week, and on Match Days, the Retail Supervisor will place a key customer facing role in promoting the Leicester Tigers brand, and engaging our supporters, and maximising retail revenue.
The successful candidate will also assist in selling stock at Rugby Festival’s and Events throughout the country. This may result in the Retail Supervisor having to stay away from home for a few of days at a time, on occasions.
