Game Plan | Sunday's Double Header

The first DOUBLE HEADER of the season is here, kicking off with The Slater Cup at 3.00pm before Premiership Women's Rugby action at 5.45pm at Mattioli Woods Welford Road.

Pre-Match

  • Oktoberfest celebrations in The Plaza Marquee
  • Junior Tigers Club (JTC) in the Final Whistle

The Plaza opens at 12.30pm on Saturday, with a host of activities and entertainment on offer for fans of all ages including an Oompah Band to celebrate Oktoberfest. For the Cubs in your Tigers Family, the JTC also opens at 12.30pm and will feature visits from members of the men's squad, as well as the chance to lead the team out as Junior Mascot.

A host of food and beverage outlets will be open on The Plaza to help get you fuelled up for matchday, while Club Partners will also be giving away goodies and offering activities for supporters to get involved in.

Half-Time (Gallagher Premiership)

The Jaffa Zorb Race, which made its first appearance of the season last weekend, is back for a second show on Sunday during the break in The Slater Cup and will be followed by the Ultimate Big Boot, sponsored by De Montfort University.

Between the games

Fans must not enter the field of play at any time and follow the instructions of stewards and staff to ensure the safety of themselves and others. 

Supporters can also be a part of the TNT Sports Rugby Review show, from 5.15pm in the Crumbie Bar under the Breedon Stand, while getting refueled ahead of the women's match at 5.45pm.
