It is Kitchener’s second nomination of the season after he was voted the Goldsmiths Player of the Month for October.
The second rower has won more lineouts than any other player in this season’s European Rugby Champions Cup, winning 17 on his own ball and stealing two. He also scored a try against London Welsh in the bonus-point win at the Kassam Stadium
Thacker scored his first Aviva Premiership tries for Tigers in the win against London Welsh at the Kassam Stadium. The Tigers hooker claimed the Aviva Man-of-the-Match award after scoring the first two tries in the bonus-point win. He was also on the scoresheet against Sale Sharks in the LV= Cup.
Williams has been in excellent form with the boot in recent weeks, landing his last 11 attempts at goal in the Aviva Premiership to move his kicking accuracy past 80 per cent. He landed six from six, including a penalty two minutes from time, to seal an 18-16 win against Wasps, which followed his nerveless last-gasp penalty against Saracens which earned Tigers a 21-21 draw.
