The deal was officially announced at the first home game of the new Aviva Premiership Rugby season on Saturday, where supporters were welcomed into the newly-unveiled Holland & Barrett Stand to witness Tigers’ 37-27 victory over Exeter Chiefs.
The Holland & Barrett Stand (formerly the Crumbie Stand) has been revamped for the 2010/11 season as part of the partnership which also sees Holland & Barrett provide nutrition and health products to the first team.
Saturday’s unveiling featured reigning ‘Miss Leicester’ Elkie Parmar, and giant Holland & Barrett mascots who were on hand to giveaway free healthy snacks to fans.
Holland & Barrett’s chief executive, Peter Aldis, said: “As a Tigers fan and Leicester resident, I’m excited and proud to support my local club.
