Leicester Tigers will farewell Johnny McPhillips at the conclusion of the 2020/21 season, with the fly-half agreeing a move to French Pro D2 club US Carcassonne.

McPhillips joined Tigers ahead of the 2019/20 season and has scored 58 points in 21 senior appearances for the club.

Speaking about McPhillips, Leicester Tigers Head Coach Steve Borthwick said: "We wish Johnny all the best at Carcassonne from next season."

"On behalf of everyone at Leicester Tigers, I thank Johnny for his contribution to our club on and off the pitch."

The 24-year-old will depart the club at the conclusion of the current campaign.
