A visibly disappointed Ellis Genge didn't mince his words when he spoke to LTTV following the 23-point away loss to Northampton Saints in Round 5 of the 2019/20 Gallagher Premiership.
The Leicester Tigers prop admitted the side were "terrible at times" in the 36-13 defeat at the hands of arch-rivals Northampton and even apologised to supporters following the result.
Genge was complimentary of the home side and admitted they were a class above he and his fellow Tigers, which added to the self-inflected issues for Leicester.
