Leicester Tigers have returned to work ahead of the 2018/19 season.

Players have been back in for pre-season this week with a series of rugby fitness sessions as well as strength and conditioning sessions at the club’s Oval Park training groud.  

The club’s internationals including George Ford, Jonny May and Ben Youngs, meanwhile, are due to return to work next month after their summer tours.

The squad are building towards the new Gallagher Premiership season, which starts on the weekend of Friday, August 31. The fixtures for the new league campaign are released at 11am on Friday, July 6.

Tigers play a pre-season fixture at Welford Road against London Irish on Friday, August 24 (7.45pm) in their final game before the big kick-off to the season the following weekend.

The home pre-season fixture is included in Tigers season tickets and there is still time to become a season ticket holder before the start of the season.

A 2018/19 season ticket also guarantees your place at all 18 home games of the regular Gallagher Premiership season including the local derbies against Northampton Saints and Wasps, and the Heineken Champions Cup fixtures against Scarlets, Racing 92 and Ulster Rugby and two fixtures in the Premiership Rugby Cup.
