Tigers in the Park: What you need to know

As the Gallagher Premiership returns to Welford Road this Saturday, we’re getting ready for ‘The Grrreatest Show’ helping get fans in the mood ahead of the 3.00pm kick-off against visitors Newcastle Falcons   

The FREE Tigers in the Park family day is back with more music, activities and entertainment than ever. 

We’ve pulled together a handy guide with all the information you need to make sure you don’t miss out.

Where does Tigers in the Park take place?

Nelson Mandela Park (opposite the stadium) and the Plaza (outside the Holland & Barrett stand)

What time does it start?

Gates open from 11.00am and we have a full performance schedule with live music and entertainment 

Local bands The Hash Tags, The Smarties and solo artist Jaco Diederiks will be entertaining crowds ahead of ‘The Greatest of Shows’ and plenty more.

What activities are there?

We have lots for fans to get involved with from inflatables and trampolines, to partner stalls and tag rugby sessions.

Is there food and drink?

You betcha! There will be catering units situated on Nelson Mandela Park towards Tigers Way. Club partners Everards, Westons Cider and Burleighs will all be on hand with refreshments with Burleighs bringing along their Gin Truck.
