Return your completed voting forms to the ticket office before Monday, April 13, and then enjoy why not enjoy an evening in the company of the first-team squad when the award winners are announced at Welford Road on Tuesday, April 21.
The Supporters Awards Evening is always well attended and a great place to meet and greet your Tigers favourites. Tickets are on sale now.
The try of the season will be voted for on the evening of the awards ceremony.
Johne Murphy carried off the main award as Supporters' Player of the Year in 2007/08, with Tom Croft voted top young player, Ben Herring ending his first season with Tigers as best newcomer and Geordan Murphy picking up an outstanding service award.
