Last Saturday's match against Toulouse featured a very special visit from 'The Flying Tigers' of 814 Naval Air Squadron.
The squadron are part of the Fleet Air Arm of the Royal Navy and were performing a flypast in a Merlin Mark 1 helicopter prior to the 3.30pm kick-off against the French giants.
They were joined by the squadron's mascot, who posed with Leicester Tiger himself for photographs.

The helicopter that performed the flypast was callsign ‘Tiger 67’, which has served with the squadron all over the world. Lieutenant Commander Andy Knight, Lieutenants Bunny Warren and George Gillingham and Chief Aircrewman Simon Lewis were all on board. All have served operational tours ashore and will be deployed again in January 2008.
