The Leicester Tigers Wheelchair Rugby team open their season this weekend in the opening week of Division 1 BT Super Series action in the city.
Hosted at Leicester Arena over the weekend (September 30-October 1), the Super Series pitches together the UK’s top eight teams in the sport’s highest division.
Last season Tigers finished in the series after weekends at Leicester, Stoke Mandeville and Walsall.
With four Team GB European champions and some new arrivals in a bigger squad thanks to the merge with the Marauders team, the club hopes to welcome increased support to cheer the team too. Admission is free.
