Richard Wigglesworth has been banned for four games as part of the disciplinary hearing into breaches of conduct by players with the Barbarians squad during October.
An independent disciplinary panel has published its judgment of 13 players charged by the RFU under Rule 5.12: conduct prejudicial to the interests of the Union or Game.
Wigglesworth, who subsequently joined Leicester Tigers and has started all three games so far this season, was among the group who accepted the charges and the panel has determined a range of sanctions.
Scrum-half Wigglesworth received a five-week suspension for each of the two central offences, to run concurrently. Three weeks of the ban will be suspended subject to no further off-field offence for the period of one year. He has also been fined and is required to conduct unpaid rugby community work.
