Leicester Tigers are excited to announce flanker Finn Carnduff has signed a new deal with the club.

A Leicestershire local and lifelong Tigers fan, Carnduff joined the club’s development pathways programme as a young teenager, transitioning to the senior academy after school.

The 20-year-old made his Tigers debut in the Premiership Cup in 2022, 19 days after his 18th birthday and has made 15 senior appearances to date.

Carnduff captained England to a Six Nations and Junior World Championship title in 2024.

Speaking about his new deal with the club, Carnduff said: “I love it here.”

"It’s a huge privilege and dream of mine to represent this club, and I’m grateful to be able to stay here and continue this journey.

“I’m excited for what this group can do in the coming years.”

Leicester Tigers General Manager, Richard Wilks said: “It’s great for the club to have Finn signed for the foreseeable future.

“Obviously, off the back of a hugely successful season with England U20s last year, a lot of people are aware of Finn’s potential, but he’s right where he belongs at Tigers.

“It’s special when a kid from down the road comes through to the first team in the way that he has so far and he’ll have the right players and people around him who will push him to achieve his full potential."

Tigers take on Northampton Saints in the Premiership Cup this Saturday at Mattioli Woods Welford Road, part of an exciting double header with our Women's team.
