Tigers youngsters Nic Dolly, Joe Heyes, Ollie Chessum, Dan Kelly and Freddie Steward have been named in the inaugural RPA Under-23 Team of the Season.
The Leicester quintet were selected as part of the XV at this season's RPA Awards in London on Wednesday evening.
Tigers are the most well represented club with five players included - the only five players nominated from Leicester.
Heyes and Steward picked up awards during the current campaign with the Leicester pair winning Under-23 Player of the Month awards for December and January.
Full-back Steward and fellow outside-back Chris Ashton also picked up other awards on the night.
