Season ticket holders who cannot attend the final home game of the season against Newcastle Falcons are reminded of the new ticket-forwarding platform on the Leicester Tigers club website, known as The Hub.
With only two rounds of the season to go and both teams aiming for a top-four finish, tickets for the game are in huge demand.
And season ticket holders who cannot be part of a record attendance at Welford Road for a Friday evening fixture can forward their ticket to friends, family or colleagues via The Hub. Click here to visit.
The Hub is fully responsive for use on any device, desktop or mobile. Season ticket holders log in using their Tigers Reference Number and password before selecting the game for which they would like to transfer their ticket.
Once logged in, season ticket holders simply select their ticket and enter the name and email address of the person they want to receive it.
Both parties will then receive an email confirming the exchange and the recipient will be sent a print-at-home ticket to use at the game. It’s as simple as that!
Tickets can be ‘called-back’ if necessary and, when used on a mobile device, your phone can double as the ticket by displaying your unique QR code.
The Hub also keeps a history for users to keep track of who they have shared their tickets with.
Check out The Hub by clicking here.
Season ticket holders who are unable to attend the game can also make their place available using the Buybacks scheme.
Buybacks allow season ticket holders to release their tickets for sale to other members of the #TigersFamily if they are unable to attend a game.
If your ticket is successfully sold then you will get the pro-rata cost of your season ticket refunded back to your Tigers account the next working day after the game.
Buyback tickets are available for purchase in the Holland & Barrett, Mattioli Woods, Robin Hood and Breedon stands and on the Terrace in the Breedon Stand.
Click here to access the BuyBacks section of the club website.
