Hundreds of companies, firms and visitors from across the region were at Welford Road on Thursday for the Leicestershire Business Event 2014.
The one-day event at the home of the Leicester Tigers attracted more than 100 exhibitors to promote their products and services.
It was supported by the Federation of Small Businesses, Leicester Chamber of Commerce and the Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire Chamber of Commerce.
The day included a trade show in Final Whistle and the Premiership Suite in the MET-Rx Stand as well as seminars and workshops.
Exhibitors ranged from financial services to waste management firms, from recruitment agencies to hotels and included Tigers sponsors De Montfort University and Leicester University as well as executive box holders HSBC and Welcomm Communications.
The Tigers conference and events team were on hand to chat about their services including venue hire, weddings and Christmas parties, as well as hosting conferences and events.
Elaine Vandelli, managing director of organisers Hi2 Events, said: "The Leicester Business Event gives businesses the chance to showcase themselves, their products and their services for not too much money.
“Visitors get a chance to network, to find products and to find business.
“We want to give businesses the chance to shout about themselves and tell everyone in the area about what they do.”
