Five members of the Leicester Tigers Senior Academy have been named in the England Men’s U20s matchday squad for their final pool stage match of the World Championship against Australia U20s on Tuesday, July 4 (13:00 BST) at Athlone Sports Stadium in Cape Town.
Lewis Chessum will captain the side and starts alongside fellow Tiger Finn Carnduff in the second-row.
Joseph Woodward and Jacob Cusick are also named in the starting side, at inside-centre and wing respectively.
Finn Theobald-Thomas, now having officially signed for the club due to the 2023/24 season starting in July, starts on the bench.
The game will be live streamed by World Rugby, with highlights broadcast on ITV.
