Fly the flag for Leicester Tigers and the Tigers Foundation in the run-in to the end of the Aviva Premiership season.
The Tigers Foundation is selling Tigers flags at Saturday’s crucial league clash with Newcastle Falcons (3pm) and in remaining Foundation events this season to support its fundraising activities for Comic Relief.
The flags, which come in three designs, will help to provide a colourful backdrop to the last two home fixtures, with Tigers also due to play Sale Sharks at Welford Road on Saturday, April 29 (3.00pm).
The flags will be available around the stadium on Saturday for a minimum donation of £3. And any new subscribers to TigersLotto during April will also receive a Tigers Foundation flag.
Part of the Foundation’s work is to deliver sporting opportunities to those with Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND).
To help us continue this great work we are aiming to raise at least £20,000 through Comic Relief. Not only will all monies raised go to this dedicated fund, but the total will be doubled by Comic Relief through Premiership Rugby.
You can also help the Tigers Foundation Comic Relief SEND programme by making a donation now.
Visit our Just Giving page at www.justgiving.com/leicester-tigers or text LTCR17 followed by the amount you wish to donate £1, £2, £3, £4, £5 or £10 to 70070.
Rugby development officer Josh Black launched the Comic Relief SEND programme this season and said: “It’s incredibly rewarding to work with these schools and see the delight on students’ faces when they know they’re going to be taking part. The feedback has been awesome.”
